UPSA, a leading French pharmaceutical company, partnered with HoloForge to explore new approaches to industrial training through mixed reality.
The goal of this ambitious project: to condense 50 pages of instruction manuals into 5-minute interactive sessions on HoloLens.
Because UPSA’s production lines operate 24/7, and because the pharmaceutical industry demands flawless safety and precision, several challenges had to be addressed:
To meet these challenges, we developed an immersive training application on HoloLens, designed for the maintenance teams at UPSA’s Agen production site.
Whether for a new recruit or an experienced technician, each operator can now train directly on virtual replicas of machines, improving familiarity, safety, and productivity without halting production.
The HoloLens application offers a hands-on training and practice program directly integrated into the work environment.
Operators access short, visual, and interactive modules that effectively replace long theoretical sessions.
Thanks to mixed reality, UPSA can now train its staff continuously, enhance safety, and improve operational mastery without ever interrupting production.
The results are immediate:
