A partnership with Bmax

Bmax, leader in the development of Magnetic Pulse systems for metallurgy, is revolutionising the industrial and luxury sectors with its cutting-edge technology. Established in France and internationally, Bmax uses a highly concentrated energy technology that sets the metal in movement at extremely high deformation speeds.

To make these invisible processes more accessible, Bmax has set up a room dedicated to presenting its products (see image opposite). In this room, customers and investors can experience the potential and precision of Bmax methods through interactive and detailed virtual reality demonstrations.

An essential tool

In this showroom, users can grab a textured 3D factory part and examine it, or place it in the centre for collective observation. They can also enlarge it, change its texture, and much more.

In addition, 3D animations illustrate all the phases of the Bmax process: from the loading of raw parts to the unloading of finished parts, including the application of energy discharges (magnetic, kinetic, electrohydraulic or pressure field).

This platform offers a snapshot of advanced explosion forming techniques, enabling the efficiency of Bmax processes to be understood and visualised.
